Pre-Season Dryland Training.

We are making room for more shredders to get shredded to shred in our FIT 2 SHRED 6 week dryland training program. Classes are held Tuesdays @ 5pm and 6pm, Thursdays @ 5pm + 6pm and an additional 2 class times that are TBA each weekend. You are welcome to attend any and all of the classes offered. Expect to actually workout in your workout clothes, be a little sore now but a little less sore your first few days on the slopes AND also to ski with cat like agility this year. When the first round of the program sold out I deleted all of the smart witty stuff I had written on the site for it so basically just sign up if you want to get in shape, meet some new people and have some fun before the season starts.
