Flow is defined as the absence of resistance and can be experienced as a feeling of bliss, balance, ease and generally speaking, an ability to enjoy the ride more.

During this 2 hour workshop based on the 5 pillars of Baptiste Yoga you will learn simple yet powerful tools that you can plug in immediately to access your own personal state of flow.

Not only will you learn how to re-instate flow in your life at anytime, we will also break down and re-visit the foundations of Chaturanga Dandasana so that you can create a more aligned, effortless yet powerful Physical Vinyasa and then experience it all plugged in to a practice to tie everything together.

GIRLS GONE MILD

Join us for a mild night out, loving and caring for yourself. Picture a bunch of moms practicing and talking about yoga and practicing and talking about self care (please note: NOT complaining or commiserating - there is enough of that already happening at the play groups and in school parking lots in Western Culture everywhere)…. While you do not have to be a mom and rather just identify as female this offering is geared towards people caring for tiny humans but truly open to anyone who is interested in loving and caring for they selfs.

Expect a discussion and inquiry around what self care, self love and self worth really mean accompanied by some nice and gentle restorative yoga that will provide you the opportunity to reflect on life and recharge your batteries. And also the opportunity for a face mask and mini facial ft. cucumbers and other skin foods...
