Flow is defined as the absence of resistance and can be experienced as a feeling of bliss, balance, ease and generally speaking, an ability to enjoy the ride more.

During this 2 hour workshop based on the 5 pillars of Baptiste Yoga you will learn simple yet powerful tools that you can plug in immediately to access your own personal state of flow - to help you become a smooth operator on your mat and in your life.

Not only will you learn how to create or re-instate flow, we will also break down and re-visit the foundations of Chaturanga Dandasana so that you can create a more aligned, effortless yet powerful Physical Vinyasa and then experience it all plugged in to a practice to tie everything together.
